ESMAY strives to bring timeless designs together with vegan leather. They want to show that high-quality bags do not have to be made of animal leather. The bags are unique and timeless, and ESMAY encourages slow fashion instead of fast fashion. They want to create this awareness among their consumers by producing high quality vegan bags.

Fair Trade: ESMAY works with a workshop in Turkey, which has more than 20 years of experience in bag making. The employment conditions are in accordance with legislation and regulations. ESMAY wants to support local craftsmanship in Turkey and has a relationship with the studio that feels like family. They feel a responsibility to take care of each other. ESMAY visits the studio 2-3 times a year.

Vegan: All items are made from vegan leather, and they are PETA approved certified.

Locally produced: the items are made in Turkey, within Europe.

Good cause: ESMAY donates to an organization dedicated to helping stray cats in Turkey.
