The family business from Istanbul, which has been around since 1983, specializes in the production of high-quality socks for women, men and babies. The special feature: The production plant is GOTS certified and uses only certified yarns for our products.
We use cotton from controlled organic cultivation, which guarantees that neither chemical fertilizers, pesticides, nor genetic engineering are used. The cultivation relies on crop rotation, organic fertilizer and biological pest control. Our cotton is particularly soft and robust.
This item is completely CO₂-neutralized. Together with the experts from ClimatePartner, we determine the CO₂ emissions caused during production and offset them by supporting a carbon offset project.
min. 70% GOTSThis GOTS certified item consists of at least 70% natural fibers in kbA-/kbT quality and fulfills in its production the comprehensive social and ecological criteria required by the GOTS seal.
VeganThe article as well as its production is free of animal ingredients and marked with the PETA "Approved Vegan" seal. Especially in the finishing of textiles, animal softeners are often used. We do without them and use vegan alternatives.
Lanius is a brand founded in 1999 by Claudia Lanius with a clear vision to bring ecological materials and fair working conditions together to create beautiful feminine items. Lanius stands for LOVE FASHION / THINK ORGANIC / BE RESPONSIBLE and you can see that in their clothing.
Fair Trade: Lanius works only with facilities where they can guarantee fair production. They have a close relationship with all of them, and most of their suppliers are GOTS certified. Environmentally Friendly: The clothes are made from GOTS certified organic cotton grown in an eco-friendly manner, organic and mulesing-free wool and ECONYL ® 100% regenerated nylon yarn made from recycled fishing nets. They also use other sustainable materials and have a page dedicated to all their materials on their website if you want to learn other eco-friendly materials.
