Unsere Strickwaren aus Streichgarn werden seit 2023 in der EU produziert - bei unserem Spezialisten aus Rumänien. Der 700 Mitarbeiter:innen starke Betrieb ist GOTS- sowie GRS-zertifiziert, BSCI-auditiert und besteht seit 1970. Die Wurzeln des Betriebes liegen in Italien. Hier finden unsere Passion für Strick, als auch unser Fokus auf das Tierwohl gleichermaßen Beachtung.
Die Wolle wird aus dem weichen Fell des Merinoschafes aus kontrolliert biologischer Tierhaltung gewonnen. Die Merinowolle ist besonders kuschelig und atmungsaktiv. Im Gegensatz zu konventionell gehaltenen Schafen, haben die Tiere genügend Platz zum Weiden, können von nährstoffreichem Boden grasen und werden nicht der tierquälerischen Praktik des Mulesing ausgesetzt.

Lanius is a brand founded in 1999 by Claudia Lanius with a clear vision to bring ecological materials and fair working conditions together to create beautiful feminine items. Lanius stands for LOVE FASHION / THINK ORGANIC / BE RESPONSIBLE and you can see that in their clothing.
Fair Trade: Lanius works only with facilities where they can guarantee fair production. They have a close relationship with all of them, and most of their suppliers are GOTS certified. They are very transparent and have a page dedicated to all their suppliers on their website, so you can see who made your clothing.
Environmentally Friendly: The clothes are made from GOTS certified organic cotton grown in an eco-friendly manner, organic and mulesing-free wool and ECONYL ® 100% regenerated nylon yarn made from recycled fishing nets. They also use other sustainable materials and have a page dedicated to all their materials on their website if you want to learn other eco-friendly materials.
Good Cause: On international women’s day Lanius donates 10% of all daily takings to the organization FEMNET.
