In diesem portugiesischen Familienbetrieb kontrolliert die Mama selbst noch die fertigen Teile. Der 120 Mitarbeiter:innen starke Betrieb mit einem modernen Maschinenpark ist seit 2021 GOTS zertifiziert. Die Liebe zum Detail und die Professionalität sind Grund genug, dass wir seit 2015 unsere Konfektion hier produzieren.
Wir lieben die natürlichen Eigenschaften von Wolle: temperaturausgleichend, winddicht und wärmend - und dabei strapazierfähig und selbstreinigend. Für das garantierte Wohl der Tiere verwenden wir ausschließlich Mulesing-freie Wolle, die durch vorsichtiges Scheren des weichen Fells der Schafe aus kontrolliert biologischer Tierhaltung gewonnen wird.

This GOTS certified garment is made of 100% natural fibers in kbA-/kbT quality and its production meets the comprehensive social and environmental criteria required by the GOTS seal.

Lanius is a brand founded in 1999 by Claudia Lanius with a clear vision to bring ecological materials and fair working conditions together to create beautiful feminine items. Lanius stands for LOVE FASHION / THINK ORGANIC / BE RESPONSIBLE and you can see that in their clothing.
Fair Trade: Lanius works only with facilities where they can guarantee fair production. They have a close relationship with all of them, and most of their suppliers are GOTS certified. They are very transparent and have a page dedicated to all their suppliers on their website, so you can see who made your clothing.
Environmentally Friendly: The clothes are made from GOTS certified organic cotton grown in an eco-friendly manner, organic and mulesing-free wool and ECONYL ® 100% regenerated nylon yarn made from recycled fishing nets. They also use other sustainable materials and have a page dedicated to all their materials on their website if you want to learn other eco-friendly materials.
Good Cause: On international women’s day Lanius donates 10% of all daily takings to the organization FEMNET.
