Short description

Introducing Fiore Black: the penny loafer with a chunky sole, meticulously crafted from high-quality vegan leather—a sustainable, innovative, cruelty-free, water-resistant, and durable material. These vegan shoes are water-resistant, breathable, antimicrobial, and hypoallergenic, thanks to their environmentally healthy microfiber composition. The upper features sustainable microfiber vegan leather, while the lining, made of OnSteam vegan leather, ensures breathability, antibacterial, and antimicrobial qualities. The cardboard EVA-padded insole lined with microfiber wicks away moisture, and the slip-resistant TR rubber outsole ensures durability. With a heel and platform height of 4cm and 2.5cm respectively, these shoes are carefully manufactured in Portugal using sustainable materials and processes within a fair work environment. Their modern, casual appearance perfectly complements the saddle-marked moccasin style, boasting exposed sewn edges and welt stitching for enduring style. Hypoallergenic and toxin-free, these loafers are designed for all-day comfort, flexibility, and style, effortlessly pairing with elegant attires and urban fashion statements.

About the brand

NAE Vegan has been a pioneer in vegan shoes since 2008. While many other vegan shoe brands opted for materials made from plastic, NAE has been looking for the most eco-friendly alternatives to leather since its inception.

Eco-friendly: NAE uses materials such as cork, and organic cotton, but also innovative leather substitutes. For example, they use substitutes made from apples, corn or pineapple. Very important, because one of the biggest challenges of sustainable materials is scaling up; early adopters like NAE make a difference in that.

NAE also offers a 2-year warranty on the shoes.

Fair and local production: NAE's products are made in Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom. The factories they work with are regularly checked for fair and safe working conditions.

Vegan: NAE is PETA-approved vegan

Good Cause: twice a year, NAE donates products to Remar Portugal, an organization that is committed to social inclusion.
