The handmade natural products are certified Good Weave®. GoodWeave® identifies carpets that have been manufactured without the use of child labor. The seal also stands for the consideration of social and ecological standards such as fair wages, safe and hygienic working conditions and reasonable working hours of the carpet weavers.

Brand: Tranquillo means 'calm' in Spanish and was founded in 2003 in Dresden, Germany. The brand focuses on slow fashion and quality long-lasting clothes. They are always trying to be as transparent as possible and each of their products has a unique story behind it. 

Fair Trade: The clothing is produced under fair working conditions in India, Nepal or China. Tranquillo has long-term relationships and even co-owns the factory in India. One of the things they implemented was to offer employees a permanent contract, which gives them more security.

Environmentally Friendly: Tranquillo is GOTS certified, which means that the brand uses at least 95% organic materials. The materials they use are organic cotton and EcoVero viscose. Tranquillo sometimes also uses a bit of elastane (up to 5%) in their products for stretch.
