We use dibasic ester for our nail polish remover.
This solvent is a clear, colourless liquid, has a pleasantly mild odour and is completely ecologically sound.
It is created by the reaction of an acid and an alcohol with the elimination of water and does not require labeling as a hazardous substance.
Other ingredients include: E-acetate vitamin, an oily, odorless, water-insoluble liquid.
This synthetic provitamin E is not only used as an additive for cosmetics but also for the production of medicines.
D-Phantenol/50P is a compound that is also used as an active ingredient in the treatment of skin and mucous membranes and in medical skin care.
Aloe Vera Gel, obtained from the water storage tissue of the Aloe Vera leaves.
It has an anti-inflammatory, wound-healing and moisturizing effect. Glycerin is a sugar alcohol. Due to its water-binding properties, glycerin is used as a moisturizer in the production of cosmetics.

OZN was founded in 2015 by Nina Skarabela and David Gerrlich. 

Eco-friendly: the lacquers are all made from a plant-based formula. 90% of the ingredients used by OZN are derived from sustainably grown, plant-based raw materials such as wood, potato, beet, spelt, sugar cane, cassava or corn. Other ingredients are for example phthalic anhydride, which is an artificially produced salt.

Locally produced: Both the end product and the ingredients are made with love in Germany.

Fair production: OZN has the production process in-house.

Vegan: it may come as a surprise that not all nail polish is vegan, but some popular ingredients for regular nail polish are derived from insects, fish scales and hooves. OZN has created plant-based alternatives for these.
